Processing	1–2 business days, Tuesday to Friday; orders placed after 1:00 pm are processed from the next business day.
Couriers	SDA, TNT and UPS; DHL on request, surcharges may apply. EMS for some destinations.
Non-EU destinations	Prices do not include Italian VAT. Any duties, taxes and customs charges are payable by the customer, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Perfumes	Can be shipped within the EU only; shipping costs may differ.

Return request	Within 15 days of receiving the order.

How to request one	Write to radicalfashion@ivomilan.com giving your name, order number and item. We will send you the collection instructions.
Conditions	Items must be undamaged and unused, with the guarantee seal attached, without prejudice to your statutory rights.
Return costs	Payable by the customer, except for errors or defects attributable to IVO MILAN Radical Fashion.
Refund	To the original payment method; any deductions only within the limits allowed by law.
Crediting	Within 10 business days, depending on the payment method.
