Shipping
IVO MILAN Radical Fashion ships worldwide through the broker Mail Boxes, which relies on SDA, TNT, and UPS depending on the destination area, as well as DHL upon request (additional fees may apply).
For Russia, Armenia, Israel, and other harder-to-reach geographic regions, shipments are sent via Express Mail Service (EMS).
We apply a flat rate based on the delivery address. Shipping is free for orders exceeding the thresholds listed below.

Shipping Methods & Terms
IVO MILAN Radical Fashion prepares and dispatches orders within 1–2 business days, Tuesday through Friday, starting from the order date.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM (CET) are processed starting from the following business day.
Additional Information
VAT and Tax Exemptions
For orders shipped outside the European Union, prices are applied net of Italian VAT, in accordance with current regulations.
Non-EU Shipments
Shipments destined for countries outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other charges determined by the customs authorities of the destination country based on the type, origin, and value of the products.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, any customs duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the order price and are the responsibility of the customer.
If the customer refuses to pay the required charges and the merchandise is returned to the sender, IVO MILAN Radical Fashion will deduct all incurred costs from the refund amount, including round-trip shipping fees and any expenses or duties applied to the return.

Perfume Shipping
Due to international regulations regarding the transport of potentially hazardous goods, perfumes cannot be shipped outside the European Union.
Orders containing perfumes can therefore only be accepted for delivery addresses within the European Union. Related shipping costs may be subject to variations.
Shipping Delays
Stated delivery times are to be considered estimated guidelines. Delays may occur due to causes beyond our control, including time required for customs clearance procedures in the destination country.
IVO MILAN Radical Fashion cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond its control, such as customs procedures, traffic conditions, strikes, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
During holidays or peak demand periods, order processing and delivery may take longer. We kindly ask our customers to take these possibilities into account.
