Returns and refunds
Products can be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
However, as our garments are often unique pieces and item availability can change rapidly, we kindly ask that you submit your return request as soon as possible to allow for timely processing.

Once we receive your request, we will email you all necessary instructions to arrange the package pickup.
We will also ask for your preferred pickup availability to coordinate the most convenient date and time.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in perfect condition, free of defects, stains, or signs of wear, and with our warranty seal still attached.
Every return is carefully inspected upon arrival at our store. If the item meets all specified conditions, we will proceed with the return approval.
Refund
Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.The refunded amount will be net of return shipping costs and any taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred for international shipping.
It may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on banking processing times and procedural policies of the financial institutions or payment systems.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part—such as receiving a defective item or an incorrect product.
Exceptions
- Items that are damaged, worn, or returned in a condition different from their original state (e.g., missing the warranty seal) cannot be accepted for return, and no refund will be issued.
