Shipping

IVO MILAN Radical Fashion ships worldwide using the Mail Boxes broker, which relies on the SDA, TNT, and UPS couriers, and DHL upon request (additional charges may apply), depending on the destination area.

For Russia, Armenia, Israel, and other harder-to-reach geographical areas, shipments are made via Express Mail Service (EMS).

We apply a flat rate based on the destination address, according to the amounts indicated below.

Procedure

IVO MILAN Radical Fashion prepares and ships orders within 1–2 business days, from Tuesday to Friday, starting from the date of the order.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM are processed starting from the next business day.

Additional information

VAT and tax exemptions
For orders destined outside the European Union, prices are applied net of Italian VAT, in accordance with current regulations.

Non-EU shipments
Shipments destined to countries outside the European Union may be subject to duties, taxes, and other import fees, determined by the customs authorities of the destination country based on the type, origin, and value of the products.

Unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase, any duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the order price and are to be paid by the customer.

Should the customer refuse to pay the requested charges and the goods are returned to the sender, IVO MILAN Radical Fashion will deduct all costs incurred from the refund amount, including outbound and return shipping costs and any fees or duties applied to the return.

Shipping of perfumes
Due to international regulations regarding the transport of potentially dangerous goods, it is not possible to ship perfumes outside the European Union.

Orders containing perfumes can therefore only be accepted for delivery addresses within the European Union. Related shipping costs may vary.

Shipping delays

The indicated delivery times are to be considered reference estimates. Any delays may occur due to causes beyond our control, including time required for customs procedures in the destination country.

IVO MILAN Radical Fashion cannot be held responsible for delays due to factors outside its control, such as customs clearance procedures, traffic conditions, strikes, bad weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

During holidays or periods of high demand, the preparation and delivery of orders may take longer. We kindly invite customers to take these eventualities into account.
