Boboutic

A collection of knitwear, as Michel Bergamo and Claudia Zamagni define their work. Reducing clothing to just one expression, knit, can be an operation that produces mannerism and repetition.

The strength of this pair of designers, however, lies in their ability to develop garments capable of competing with fabric collections: shapes, blends of materials (wool, cashmere, and mohair), and combined textures succeed in breaking the monotony of the genre.

Working more with form than with variations of color and pattern, they create cardigans, dresses, trousers, and sweaters that stand beyond the current season, absolutely everyday, yet capable of combining coherently with the complex collections assembled by Ivo Milan's choices.
