Shipping policy
IVO MILAN Radical Fashion ships worldwide through the Mail Boxes broker, which, depending on the destination, uses SDA, TNT and UPS couriers and, upon request, DHL (additional charges may apply).
For Russia, Armenia, Israel and other geographical areas that are more difficult to reach, shipments are made via Express Mail Service (EMS).
We apply a flat shipping rate based on the delivery address, according to the amounts indicated below.

Shipping process
IVO MILAN Radical Fashion prepares and ships orders within 1–2 business days, from Tuesday to Friday, starting from the date the order is placed.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM are processed starting from the following business day.
Additional information
VAT and tax exemptions
For orders shipped outside the European Union, prices are applied excluding Italian VAT, in accordance with current regulations.
Non-EU shipments
Shipments to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes and other import charges, determined by the customs authorities of the destination country according to the type, origin and value of the products.
Unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase, any customs duties, taxes and import charges are not included in the order price and are the responsibility of the customer.
Should the customer refuse to pay the required charges and the goods be returned to the sender, IVO MILAN Radical Fashion will deduct from the refund all costs incurred, including outbound and return shipping costs and any charges or duties applied to the return shipment.

Perfume shipping
Due to international regulations governing the transport of potentially hazardous goods, perfumes cannot be shipped outside the European Union.
Orders containing perfumes can therefore only be accepted for delivery addresses within the European Union. The applicable shipping costs may vary.
Shipping delays
The delivery times indicated are to be considered estimates only. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including the time required for customs procedures in the destination country.
IVO MILAN Radical Fashion cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond its control, such as customs clearance procedures, traffic conditions, strikes, adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
During holidays or periods of particularly high demand, order preparation and delivery may take longer. We kindly ask our customers to take these circumstances into consideration.
